Subject:  PISU NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - Previous Warning - ********
Dear *******,

We regret to inform you that your eBay registration has been suspended
temporarily for a term of no less than 30 days.

Your registration has been suspended for the following reason:

Multiple violations of the Mature Audience policy cited below:

May-04-03 - auctions ended, seller warned
May-14-03, May-15-03, May-16-03 - auctions ended, seller warned
Jun-02-03 - auctions ended, seller warned

All current listings, if any, have been subsequently ended as a result of this suspension, even
though they may not be in violation of our policies. Please understand that enforcement of our
policies is not reflective of seller status or feedback. This action has been taken only after
careful consideration of your account history of offenses for this violation, in accordance
with eBay Policies and the eBay User Agreement. We have reviewed each offense to verify that
the correct action was taken by eBay at the time.

This suspension does not relieve you of your agreed-upon obligation to pay
any fees you may owe to eBay. To make payment arrangements, please write to
and include "Billing" in the subject of your email.

All responses or appeals regarding this suspension may be made by replying to this message.

At the end of this period, you will need to write to eBay requesting a review of your account
status for reinstatement. This process is not automatic.
Also, the opening of a secondary registration or use of another
account to continue to use our system in any way will be considered grounds for
indefinite suspension with no possibility of reinstatement.

Please note that we will overturn a suspension and/or reinstate a registration early only in
rare circumstances. Disagreement with eBay policies is not an appeal. We expect members to
abide by our current policies until such time as they have been changed.
